This connector provides access between Magento 2 and the PAQATO service. PAQATO Connect is the only extension for Magento 2, that allows you to export your orders directly to the service of Paqato. Additionally, you can configure your choice of orders, you would like to send.

General Settings

PAQATO API Token

Both tokens are necessary to activate the extension.

To get them, please login into your Paqato account.

You find the keys as described above. Copy them into the mandatory fields.

From version 1.6.6 on for multiple store views, each can get its own shoptoken.
PAQATO Overwrites

They are Shipping methods, like Swiss Post, who needs their own Paqato shoptoken. With "PAQATO Overwrites" you can configure the extension for those cases.
Order Settings
Just in case, you don’t want to transfer all you orders to Paqato, the extension PAQATO Connect offers the possibility to make restrictions. Per default any status is chosen, so that any status, even for the same order number can be transfered. By clicking the check out of "Use system value" the setting field gets open for customization.
Shipping Settings
Also for the Shipments you have the possibility to choose what will be transfered. Per default any status is chosen. By clicking the check out of "Use system value" the setting field gets open for customization.
Payment Settings
The last possibility to configure are the payment methods. Per default any status is chosen. By clicking the check out of "Use system value" the setting field gets open for customization.
Returnable Products
From version 1.10.0 on the extension transfers a returnable flag for every order item, so that you can build rules inside PAQATO RETURN which exclude certain products from being returned.

The setting "Transfer Returnable Flag" enables the transfer. It is active by default.

With the setting disabled no returnable information is sent and PAQATO applies its own default, which treats every item as returnable.
Backend: Product Attribute "Returnable (PAQATO)"
The transferred value comes from the product attribute Returnable (PAQATO)
(attribute code paqato_returnable), which the extension adds to the attribute group PAQATO
of the product form. You find it under Catalog → Products → open a product → PAQATO.

Yes (default): the product is transferred as
"returnable": true. -
No: the product is transferred as
"returnable": false, so a rule inside PAQATO RETURN can exclude it from returns. -
The attribute has global scope, so one value counts for all websites and store views.

Products which have never been saved with this attribute stay returnable.

For configurable and bundle products the order line is only transferred as returnable when the ordered product and all of its child products are returnable. Grouped products are ordered as separate line items and are therefore evaluated on their own.
Please note that an order is only transferred to PAQATO once. Changing the attribute afterwards does not update orders which have already been exported.

Just in case the order export is not working, you can decide, how often the system tries again to transfer the orders. If the export does not work you can find the information in your Magento backend:
