Review Reminder supports you by automatically reminding your customers to review their purchase. And everything DSGVO compatible!
Features

Sends a reminder e-mail to the customer a configurable number of days after the order

The order status that starts the countdown is configurable (e.g. complete)

Sender identity and e-mail template are freely selectable

Runs unattended: an hourly cron job collects the due orders

Reminders are only sent once per order, so no customer is contacted twice
Implementation
To set up Review Reminder, please go to System → Configuration → CLEVER+ZÖGER GMBH → Review Reminder
The cron job CleverZoeger\ReviewReminder\Cron\ReviewReminderSend runs every hour
(0 * * * *), selects the orders that reached the configured status the configured number of
days ago and sends the reminder with the selected e-mail template.
